Bagalen klasik

Bahan roti:
  • 250 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
  • 1/2 bungkus ragi instan
  • 30 gram gula pasir
  • 1 butir telur
  • 100 ml air es
  • 25 gram margarin
  • 1/2 sendok teh garam
  • 2 sendok makan susu cair untuk olesan

Bahan olesan:
  • 100 gram margarin
  • 75 gram gula tepung

Cara membuat:
1. Roti: campur tepung terigu, ragi instan, dan gula pasir. Aduk rata. Tambahkan telur dan air es sedikitsedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis. Masukkan margarin dan garam. Uleni sampai elastis.
2. Diamkan 30 menit. Kempiskan adonan. Timbang masing-masing 25 gram. Bulatkan. Diamkan 10 menit. Pipihkan adonan. Bulatkan lagi. Diamkan 60 menit sampai mengembang. Oles susu cair. Oven 10 menit dengan suhu 190 derajat Celsius.
3. Angkat dan dinginkan. Belah dua. Angin-anginkan.
4. Olesan: kocok bahan olesan sampai lembut.
5. Oles di kedua sisi bagian roti dengan bahan olesan. Letakkan di loyang tanpa dioles margarin.
6. Oven 100 menit dengan suhu 100 derajat Celsius

* 30 grams sugar

* 1 egg

* 100 ml ice water

* 25 grams of margarine

* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

* 2 tablespoons for sprinkling liquid milk


Spreads:

* 100 grams of margarine

* 75 grams of sugar flour


Method:
1. Bread: Mix flour, yeast, and sugar. Stir well. Add eggs and ice water while diuleni sedikitsedikit until smooth. Enter the margarine and salt. Knead until elastic.
2. Let stand 30 minutes. Kempiskan dough. Each weigh 25 grams. Round it off. Let stand 10 minutes. Pipihkan dough. Round it off again. Let stand 60 minutes until fluffy. Rub liquid milk. Oven 10 minutes with a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius.
3. Remove and let cool. Halved. Wind-wind.
4. Spreads: spreads whipped until soft.
5. Rub on both sides of bread with spreads. Place on baking sheet without dioles margarine.
6. 100 minutes with the oven temperature 100 degrees Celsius
