Kue bolu gulung durian

Bahan
2 butir telur ayam
10 butir kuning telur
100 gram gula pasir halus
75 gram tepung terigu
1 sendok makan susu bubuk
100 gram mentega lelehkan
Kertas roti
Mentega untuk olesan secukupnya

Bahan Selai Durian:
200 gram daging durian, serpih kasar dengan garpu
100 gram vla instan
30 ml susu cair, dinginkan

Cara Mengolah :

Membuat Selai Durian:
1. Kocok vla instan bersama susu hingga tercampur rata.
2. Tambahkan durian, Kocok sebentar, angkat.

Membuat Bolu:
1. Siapkan loyang ukuran 23x23x3 cm, olesi mentega, selanjutnya alasi dengan kertas roti, oleskan mentega lagi diatas kertas roti, sisihkan.
2. Kocok telur dengan gula halus sampai mengembang dan kental.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan mentega leleh, aduk rata.
5. Tuang adonan kedalam loyang, ratakan, panggang kurang lebih 20 menit sampai matang.
6. Angkat, dan balikkan cake ke atas selembar kertas roti.
7. Olesi permukaan cake dengan mentaga dan sedikit gula halus, gulung perlahan, bungkus dan rapatkan. Diamkan sampai dingin.
8. Buka gulungan cake, olesi dengan selai durian.
9. Gulung kembali sambil rapatkan.
10. Potong potong bolu setebal 1,5 cm. Sajikan bersama dengan teh ataupun jus buah.

1 tablespoon powdered milk
100 grams melted butter

Durian Butter Ingredients:
