Kue Telur Gabus

Bahan:
-4 butir telur
-300 gr tepung tapioka
-garam secukupnya
-1 sdm gula halus
-1/2 sdt air kapur sirih
-minyak utk menggoreng
-lapisan: 3 sdm gula pasir, 1 sdt gula merah sisir, 2 sdm air,

Cara Membuat:
1. kocok telur hingga mengembang. Masukkan semua bahan, aduk rata.
2. pilin adonan, masukkan dalam minyak goreng dingin.
3. masak dg api sedang hingga adonan terapung. Angkat, tiriskan.
4. campur semua bahan lapisan, masak hingga menidih dan dan benar2 kental.
5. masukkan adonan telur gabus, aduk terus hingga adonan terlapisi seluruhnya. Angkat, sajikan.

-Salt to taste
-1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
-1 / 2 tsp water whiting
-Oil for frying
-Layer: 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp brown sugar comb, 2 tablespoons water

How to Make:
1. Beat eggs until fluffy. Put all the ingredients, mix well.

3. dg cook over medium heat until the dough floats. Remove and drain.
4. all ingredients mixed layer, and cook until menidih and benar2 thick.
