Kue Bintang Putih ( White Star Cake )

Kue Bintang Putih

Bahan :

• 125 gram mentega
• 30 gram gula halus
• 1 butir telur, kocok lepas
• 2 sdm madu kental
• 2 sdm parutan kulit jeruk lemon
• 300 gram tepung terigu yg diayak
• 112 sdt parutan jahe, ayak

Icing :
• 220 gram icing sugar, ayak
• 3 sdm jus lemon
• Hiasan permen mote perak

Cara Membuat :
1. Kocok mentega / margarine dan gula hingga lembut, tambah telur, sambil dikocok hingga rata. Masukan madu dan parutan lemon, kocok rata.
2. Masukan terigu dan jahe, aduk rata dengan sendok hingga adonantidak melekat pada wadah. Bulatkan adonan. Tutup dengan plasti bersih. Simpan dalam kulkas lebih kurang 15 menit.
3. Gilingan adonan yg sudah dilapisi plastic setebal 0,4 cm. cetak dengan cetakan bintang. Susun dalam Loyang datar yang sudah diolesi margarine.
4. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 160 derajat celcius hingga matang kekuningan lebih kurang 15 menit. Keluarkan dari oven, biarkan 5 menit di dalam Loyang. Angkat, dinginkan dalam rak kawat.
5. Icing Campuran icing sugar dan jus lemon, aduk rata hingga mengkilat.
6. Hiasi kue dengan icing dan permen mote perak.

• 30 grams of powdered sugar
• 1 egg, shake off
• 2 tablespoons thick honey
• 2 tablespoons grated lemon skin
• 300 grams of flour sifted who
• 112 tsp grated ginger, sifter

Icing:
• 220 grams of icing sugar, sifter
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• candy decoration silver beads

How to Make:
1. Beat margarine and sugar until smooth, add eggs, stir with a flat. Enter the honey and grated lemon, mix well.
2. Enter the flour and ginger, stir it with a spoon until adonantidak attached to the container. Get hold of the dough. Cover with clean plasti. Store in freezer approximately 15 minutes.
3. Rolling pin-me-coated plastic as thick as 0.4 cm. Printed with a star print. Arrange in a flat pan that has been spread with margarine.
4. Bake in oven temperature to 160 degrees Celsius until cooked golden brown approximately 15 minutes. Remove from oven, allow 5 minutes in pan. Remove, cool in wire rack.
5. Mixed icing icing sugar and lemon juice, stir until glossy.
6. Decorate the cake with icing and silver candy beads.
