Kue Kering Kacang Kurma

Bahan :
• 125 gram margarine
• 175 gram gula bubuk
• 2 butir telur
• 150 gram tepung terigu
• ½ sdt soda kue
• ½ sdt vanili bubuk
• 1 sdm bumbu spekuk
• 250 gram kurma, potong dadu kecil
• 200 gram kacang mete, sangria, cincang kasar.

Cara Membuat :
1. Siapkan Loyang pipih, olesi dengan margarine, panaskan oven dengan panas 160 derajat celcius.
2. Kocok margarine bersama gula bubuk hingga lembut, masukkan telur satu persatu sambil terus dikocok.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu, soda kue, vanili bubuk, bumbu spekuk, aduk rata, tambah kurma dan kacang mete, aduk rata.
4. Cetak adonan sesendok the, tata di Loyang, beri jarak.
5. Panggang selama 15 – 20 menit, hingga dasar kue kecoklatan dan matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.
6. Simpan di toples kedap udara.

• 150 grams wheat flour
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
• 1 tablespoon seasoning spekuk
• 250 grams of palm, cut into small dice
• 200 grams of cashew nuts, sangria, roughly chopped.

How to Make:
1. Prepare a flat baking pan, basting with the butter, heat the oven to 160 degrees centigrade heat.
2. Beat margarine, powdered sugar together until soft, put the eggs one by one while continuing to be shaken.
3. Enter the flour, baking soda, vanilla powder, spices spekuk, stir well, add dates and nuts, mix well.
4. Print a spoonful of the mixture, arrange in the pan, give the distance.
5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until browned and cooked pastry base. Remove and let cool.
6. Store in airtight jars.
